What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. Self check-in with a smartlock keypad — no awkward key exchanges.
How many guests can stay?
The Pool Barn accommodates up to 10 guests. The Camper accommodates up to 5 guests. Guests are charged per person on property.
When is the pool open?
The heated in-ground pool is open Memorial Day through mid-October. The hot tub is open 365 days a year.
Are the outdoor spaces shared?
Yes — the pool, hot tub, campfire area, covered grill, and playground are shared between Barn guests, Camper guests, and the host family. Each group has their own private interior space.
What are the quiet hours?
Outdoor quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests must be inside with doors and windows closed during quiet hours.
Is there a dog on the property?
Yes — Remington, a friendly black German Shepherd, lives in the separate host residence. The pool area is fenced, and gates can be closed on request.
Are there security cameras?
Yes, there are exterior security cameras on the property. There are no cameras inside any guest spaces.
Is there a cleaning fee?
The Pool Barn has no cleaning fee. Just leave it reasonably tidy when you go.
What should I bring?
Bath towels are provided. We recommend bringing extra towels for the pool and beach. Everything else for cooking and sleeping is included.
Is the Camper really available in winter?
Yes — the Camper has heated water lines and an insulated undercarriage. It's fully heated and available year-round. Hot tub in the snow is a real thing here.
